My name is Barb Spoelstra. My husband, Chris, and I have been married for nearly 23 years, and we are the proud parents of twin sons. I graduated from Western Washington University with a degree in Fine Art. For over 20 years, I worked with individuals with developmental disabilities. After becoming a mom, I gained valuable experience as a homeschool teacher, a volunteer arts and crafts leader for children’s programs, and as a paraeducator with the Lynden School District. I have a heart for encouraging and teaching children and am passionate about fostering a nurturing, faith-filled environment where young learners can grow and thrive. In my free time, I enjoy Bible studies, participating in women’s prayer groups, family hikes, tending to my fish tank, and exploring the outdoors with my Labrador, Willow. I am grateful for the opportunity to serve at Faith Community Preschool and look forward to sharing the love of Jesus with each child.
