Heather Phillips
Hello! My name is Heather Phillips. My husband Danny of 28 years and our 3 children have been involved at FCC for nearly 16 years. I am so excited to begin serving at Faith Community Preschool! What a blessing to partner in ministry with our home church and experience how God will use this preschool to bless families in our community! In addition to experience in a variety of children's ministry opportunities in at churches over the course of a few decades, I also have a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Studies from San Diego Christian College and a Washington K-12 teaching certificate. I have spent time teaching in both private and public school classrooms in CA and in WA in grades preschool-8th grade. I work part-time as a licensed cosmetologist at a salon studio in my Lynden home and in my free time I enjoy camping, hiking, musical theatre, singing, community advocacy, and contra dancing.
